5 cheeses tortelloni are tiny Italian dumplings. The dough is made of durum wheat semolina, to which it owes its intense sunny colour. The filling is a combination of five cheeses: ricotta – at least 20%, pecorino, mozzarella, as well as grana and gorgonzola type cheeses. To prepare, place in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes.
