Fresh tagliolini pasta. Made with durum wheat semolina, to which it owes its intense yellow colour, as well as eggs and water. Needs to be refrigerated. Ready to serve after a few minutes of cooking in boiling salted water. Due to its softness and moisture it works well with light, cream or butter based sauces, which it naturally absorbs.
